The demonstration at https://bookpress.io/demo.html starts a throwaway BookPress site for each visitor and deletes it fifteen minutes later. What a visitor creates in their sandbox is readable while that sandbox is alive. That content is not ours, we do not select it, review it or endorse it, and this imprint does not adopt it. It is stored at the request of the person who wrote it, which is what German and European law calls hosting.
